One of my favourite songs from the Foo Fighter’s Wasting Light album, which I could swear was released only a couple of years ago but was actually released in 2011! I’m obviously getting old.
A couple of things to look out for:
Pay attention to the structure when following the transcription. D.S. al Coda at bar 51 means return to the symbol at bar 20 and continue up to the To Coda direction at the end of bar 33, then skip to the symbol at the beginning of bar 52. In other words after the second verse you repeat the bridge up to the chorus.
I've transcribed the middle 8 for a kit with two toms as that is what my students typically use. Taylor Hawkins usually has more toms than that. So feel free to adapt what I’ve written for your own set up.
